BOOKING ARE OPEN FOR MEMBERS & GUESTS
The 2026 Winter availability chart below provides members with general availability across our three lodges through the winter booking period. This is not a live chart and changes to bookings availability are not automatic on this page. Please use the chart as a guide only, and, once you have decided when your best possible options are, please complete the KAC Lodge Accommodation Request to request a booking.
KAC does not offer a 'waitlist' for bookings due to the complex nature of each request. Instead we will update this page with any rooms that may become available in highly requested times during the season - please keep checking this page just in case a desired stay becomes available.
KAC provides "lodge" accommodation. This means each booked guest (Member or Non-Member) is entitled to a bed in a room only.

WEEK 3 (11th July to 18th July): 1 x 3-share room, 1 x 2-share room

UNI WEEK - THREDBO
Dates have been announced for Thredbo's Annual Uni Week in 2026 - 20th to 24th July 2026
As a supporter of Uni Week KAC is happy to offer all university aged guests a 30% discount on standard guest rates for these nights.

CROSS COUNTRY RACE WEEK - PERISHER
NSW ACT XC Race Week is from Sunday 2nd August to Saturday 8th August 2026. Compete in The KAC Cross Country Classic on Monday 3rd August or join the fun in The Charlotte Pass Open on Wednesday 5th August 20266. Rooms available at Charlotte Pass and family rooms available at Perisher.
TRI SERIES ALPINE CARNIVAL - THREDBO
The Triseries Interclub Carnival is from Tuesday 4th August (Race Training) with competition races following from
Wednesday 5th August to Friday 7th August 2025. Join the team for a fun filled week and give alpine racing a crack!
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Bookings close 24 hours prior to day of arrival
Weekend bookings close 12:00pm (midday) Friday for Saturday, Sunday or Monday arrivals

SHARED ROOMS
For members who are unable to secure a single room, and for those who don't wish to pay a single supplement to ensure a private room, we offer the opportunity to join a members only shared room. Shared rooms are available throughout the season. Below are the shared rooms that are currently available. If any dates suit your schedule please complete the KAC Lodge Accommodation Request and let us know youre happy to share in the Additional Notes section.
CODE OF CONDUCT
KAC's vision is to provide its Members with Australia’s premier Club experience and its mission is to promote the sport of skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking and other sports games to encourage usage of the Club, while fostering a sense of community and providing compelling value to attract and retain Members for life. Accordingly, the Board of Kosciusko Alpine Club has developed a Code of Conduct so that ALL members, guests and staff understand the standard of conduct expected of them whilst they are:
- On Club premises,
- Engaged in Club business, events or activities on or off Club premises, or
- Representing the Club in any capacity.
