The 2023 Winter availability chart below is designed to provide members with general availability across our three lodges through the winter booking period.
This is not a live chart and changes to bookings availability are not automatic on this page. Please use the chart as a guide only, and, once you have decided when your best possible options are, please complete the 2023 Winter Online Accommodation Request to request a booking.

Updated Lodge Winter Closing Dates:
Thredbo is closing from 9am after breakfast on Monday 11th September
Charlotte Pass is closing from 9am after breakfast on Saturday 16th September
Perisher is closing from 9am after breakfast on Sunday 17th September

KAC provides "lodge" accommodation. This means each booked guest (Member or Non-Member) is entitled to a bed in a room only.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Bookings close 24 hours prior to day of arrival
Weekend bookings close 12:00pm (midday) Friday for Saturday, Sunday or Monday arrivals
LAST CHANCE ROOM AVAILABILITY
KAC does not offer a 'waitlist' for bookings due to the complex nature of each request. Instead we will update this page with any rooms that may become available in highly requested times during the season - please keep checking this page just in case a desired stay becomes available.
THREDBO
3 x three-share rooms available 27 August to 1 September
WEEKEND STAY - two share room - Friday 1st September to Monday 4 September
PERISHER
TWO NIGHT STAY - 29 August to 31 August 2023 - 1 x six-share room (min. occupancuy 3 people)
FIVE NIGHT STAY - 29 August to 3 September - 1 x five-share room (min. occupancy 3 people)
SINGLE NIGHT STAY - Saturday 2 September - multiple rooms
SINGLE OCCUPANCY ROOM AVAILABLE FROM Saturday 2 Septmber - no single supplement fee applies
Please note: The following availability schedule does not show the number of beds/rooms available - if you are contemplating booking for dates in an orange colour, please contact the KAC Office by email (admin@kac.org.au) prior to completing your booking request to check if the room availability will suit you and your group.
SHARED ROOMS
For members and guest who are unable to secure a single room, and for those who don't wish to pay a single supplment to ensure a private room, we offer the opportunity to join a shared room. Shared rooms are available throughout the season. Below are the shared rooms that are currently available. If any dates suit your schedule please complete the 2023 Winter Online Accommodation Request and let us know youre happy to share in the Additional Notes section.

CODE OF CONDUCT
KAC's vision is to provide its Members with Australia’s premier Club experience and its mission is to promote the sport of skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking and other sports games to encourage usage of the Club, while fostering a sense of community and providing compelling value to attract and retain Members for life. Accordingly, the Board of Kosciusko Alpine Club has developed a Code of Conduct so that ALL members, guests and staff understand the standard of conduct expected of them whilst they are:
- On Club premises,
- Engaged in Club business, events or activities on or off Club premises, or
- Representing the Club in any capacity.
The Code of Conduct, which applies to ALL members, guests and other users of the Club, can, and should, be viewed via the following link - Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct is also supplied with the Lodge Notes sent with every lodge accommodation booking.
