The 2024 Winter availability chart below is designed to provide members with general availability across our three lodges through the winter booking period.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON CHARLOTTE PASS FOR 2024. The operator of Charlotte Pass Snow Resort (CPSR) has advised that will not open until Saturday 22nd June 2024 and will be closing on Sunday 22nd September 2024. Accordingly, our KAC Charlotte Pass Lodge will open and close on the same days. This means very importantly that KAC Charlotte Pass WILL NOT open on the traditional June Long Weekend. This is because the lifts will not be operating and neither will the Oversnow transport, both of which CPSR control.

This is not a live chart and changes to bookings availability are not automatic on this page.  Please use the chart as a guide only, and, once you have decided when your best possible options are, please complete the 2024 Winter Online Accommodation Request  to request a booking.

Weekend bookings close 12:00pm (midday) Friday for Saturday, Sunday or Monday arrivals

Please note: The following availability schedule does not show the number of beds/rooms available - if you are contemplating booking for dates in an orange or yellow colour, please contact the KAC Office by email (admin@kac.org.au) prior to completing your booking request to check if the room availability will suit you and your group.
