Club Trophies
Club Championships
Men - The Kerry Shield is awarded annually to the Men’s Combined Champion. It was presented to the Club by foundation President, Charles Kerry, in 1910. From 1910 to 1930, this shield was awarded for a single Downhill Championship race. After the introduction of Championship Jumping in 1929 and Championship Slalom and Langlauf in 1931, the Shield was awarded for overall performance on four events. In 1966 the Championship Giant Slalom was included. In 1988 a Super G was added and the K.A.C. Martini Cross-Country Classic included as a freestyle cross-country race.
Women - The Kathleen K. Tinsley Memorial Cup was donated in 1954 and is awarded annually to the Women’s Combined Champion. The Cup was originally awarded for results in the Championship Slalom, Downhill and Giant Slalom races. From 1970 the Women’s Langlauf Championship was included; in 1976 the Jump was also taken into account. In 1988 a Super G was added and the K.A.C. Martini Cross-Country Classic included as a freestyle cross-country race.
Championship Downhill
Men - The K.A.C. Downhill Cup was presented by Stewart Jamieson in 1930. It is awarded for a "no fall" Downhill race traditionally held on Mt. Stilwell.
Women - The K.A.C. Downhill Cup was presented by T. A. Richards in 1936 for annual competition in the Championship Downhill.
Championship Jump
Men The Gibson Trophy was presented by David Gibson in 1974.
Women The Buckland Trophy was presented by David Buckland in 1976.
Championships Slalom
Men The Lindsay George Trophy was presented by Lindsay George in 1970.
Women The Leslie George Trophy was presented by Leslie George in 1970.
Championships Giant Slalom
Men The K.A.C. Giant Slalom Cup was presented by A. W. Tyree in 1966.
Women The Meakin Cup was presented by Ian and Margaret Meakin in 1982.
Super G
Men - The Diamond Jubilee Cup was donated by the Club Captain Geoff Nott, in the Diamond Jubilee Year (1969), to commemorate the anniversary of the Club. It was originally awarded for the Club Downhill race and in 1988 this trophy was awarded for the Super G.
Women - The Sheldon Cup was presented by Mark Sheldon in 1986 for the Championship Downhill. In 1988, this cup became the award for the Super G.
