June/July School Holidays - Ballot closed

A ballot form for July School Holidays usually appears in the Summer edition of the Bulletin.

Forms are to be lodged by 5 p.m. on Friday, 15th February, 2008.

Two ballots are held: to be eligible for the first ballot one child in the family must be a Junior member of KAC (the ballot is not held on parents’ names/membership). It is sufficient to enter the first ballot if only one child in the family is a Junior member. The second ballot held is specifically for children who are not members but who have at least one parent who is a member.

If your children are not members it is very difficult to obtain the popular week of the holidays when the Inter School races are usually held.

Only one application per family is permitted. A waiting list is maintained in order of the ballot draw.

Ballot forms must usually be lodged at the Registered Office during February - the date is always stipulated in the Club's magazine.

For privacy reasons, a list of names will not be published on the website.

The office will write to all members who sought accommodation detailing offers and requesting a deposit as required
